Before I dive into what the title of this write- up says, there is something I want to highlight and you need to keep this in mind all the time- No amount or magnitude of privilege will prevent you from suffering. Read that again.

When we say we are ‘manifesting’, we are not talking about some overnight magic or swishing of a magic wand. There are instances of quantum shifts, yes, but to reach to that level of consciousness there lie days, weeks, sometimes months of mind training. What you call ‘overnight’ has discipline at its very core. Days and days of mental discipline. The same reason why you cannot take every video on manifesting seriously. A lot is not said in these videos and they make it seem like it is something that can be achieved just with the snap of a finger.

Feeling is the secret, as Neville Goddard has stated. That holds true for manifesting without a doubt. People tend to think that you need to be on guard all the time to get something to manifest. If you leave the definition of this aside, you will realise you are manifesting 24x7. Because if you weren’t how are your fears manifesting faster than what you would actually want to experience? There is no failed manifestation, I will always repeat this to anyone who says, I failed at manifesting XYZ. Failing at manifesting actually means successfully manifesting the failure of something because there is nothing impossible in the quantum realm. Ever wondered why some things come to you when you least need them? Exactly why. Hence, there is no failed manifestation.

Some may tell you that the heart is more responsible for thoughts to manifest because it is concerned with the ‘emotion’ regarding whatever it is you want to see in your physical reality. However, experts like Dr. Joe Dispenza, Joseph Murphy and the like extensively speak on how the mind is responsible for creating your reality. In my opinion, the heart and mind have to function in unison to effectively carry out the entire process. Another reason why authenticity is the highest vibration. When one is authentic they have their heart and mind in alignment. Their thoughts align with their actions. For example, they will not think something and act completely opposite. You will see the most successful people in the world are the most authentic people. They are rarely people pleasers. They do what they feel in their ‘hearts’ and stand by those decisions. They own successes and failures equally well. They never sink into self- doubt because deep down in their hearts they are so connected with their true selves that they refuse to let external circumstances dictate their reality.

The heart is also impulsive when ridden with sentiments. This is where one has to draw the line.

Too much thinking or too much feeling can cause you to take wrong decisions as well.

So, what does one do then?

Create a space for balance. Do not go overboard with anything. Know where to draw the line. If I were to feed you with fruits or vegetables in excess, you would still require other nutrients to balance your diet. Don’t fall for the dietary advice that eliminates an entire food group. You need carbs, proteins, fiber and vitamins in appropriate amounts. No athlete or sportsman will say the otherwise. A true master of his own reality is the one who understands proportion, moderation and impactful execution. This is the same reason why some people no matter how many books they have read on manifestation and done all sorts of spiritual course, what not, cannot seem to see a single change in their reality, let alone their own ways of living life.

Your heart feels ‘things’ based on what you see. Your reality is based on what you perceive as ‘true’. Which means if there is something in your current reality that bothers you, if you ‘accept’ it as your reality, it will continue to be the same. But that also means you need to ‘think’ before you ‘conclude’. It encompasses all experiences you classify as ‘attacks’ or ‘lessons’. The best of the best undergo life challenges, there is nothing called perfection as when you truly understand the whole point of ‘manifesting’ you stop taking things personally. It does not have anything to do with where you come from, what you did as a child or how healed you are. You only learn to deal with circumstances better.
