EFFECTIVELY WIND UP 2024
As another year is coming to an end and we all have a list of things that is intended to be completed by the turn of a new beginning, I believe a bit of recapitulation would do you benefit, especially if you are aiming for a more stable and healthy mindset. More importantly, it is also scooped out from my personal Notes app on my phone.

A. Begin with the most important things on the list. If there is something that can be dealt with later, leave it for LATER. You are never out of opportunities.
B. Be sorted in your head, first. If something is not working out at the moment, don’t stretch it. Don’t force it. It may be because you are not CAPABLE to handle it. Sounds same as point one? No. What you want and what you do NOT want are two different things. Read them again.
C. Make a list of insufficiencies in yourself that is stopping you from reaching where you want to be at. If you need help, you know what to do.
D. Journal Journal Journal. Write everything down that is looking confusing to you at the moment. And then read over what all you have jotted down. The worst kind of mindset is not knowing where to draw the line.
E. Wake up ten minutes earlier than you normally do. Allot this time to self- reflect on yourself and visualise how you want the day to be like.
F. Make a two- week long vision board and strike off stuff that you manage to accomplish each day.
G. Meditate atleast for ten minutes everyday. The clutter in your head is causing and costing you a lot.
I. Practice forgiveness. Everyday. That acts as a juggernaut as far as your frequency is concerned.
J. Save some money to donate on New Year’s Eve/ New Year. Money is energy. The more you know to be comfortable and safe around it, the more you can manifest.
