On the fourth day of August, 2022, I began an initiative called #TheMarvelMindsetProject which aims at targeting identifying people’s core strengths and channelizing them into instrumental tools for developing a stable mindset, for a period of 21 days. The main purpose of the project, in simple words, is helping individuals build a strong enough mindset to achieve the life they have envisioned and at the same time take it a notch higher in their personal wellness journey. As much as one attempts to build a routine or a schedule for themselves, not seeing desired results could throw them off their alignment and getting back up to begin afresh is not something unheard of. The most interesting part of this project in my opinion (this is not like the regular manifestation coaching) is that every day it is a new day and the challenges are different. Of course, the schedule is provided beforehand so the questions and queries are centered around the theme of the day. Because the Project is predominantly about building the mindset required to upgrade ways of thinking processes, utilizing resources in the best ways possible and building skill sets, a considerable amount of effort is put into understanding fears and doubts / limiting beliefs which may stand as obstacle in the journey.

Summarizing the past ten days, here are the themes that were discussed

Day 1: How to appear interesting as a personality?

adding value; being the best version of yourself; allowing authenticity to speak for itself; how to speak and what to speak; being at peace with current self

Day 2: Does food play a vital role in improving your mindset?

food habits; organic versus processed; a ‘healthy’ mind versus a dopamine spiked one; comfort eating; nutrition; deficiencies; indulgences

Day 3: How do you walk into a room and own the ambience?

confidence; maintaining eye contact; respect; attention; powerplay; conversation skills; body language

Day 4: How do you channelize pain into power?

hobbies; making the best use of skills; turning passions into money- minting sources; physical pursuits; imagination; creative skills

Day 5: How do you make people trust you?

generosity; acts of kindness; circumstantial support; build a rapport

Day 6: Why are extroverts perceived as confident as compared to introverts who may be more confident in actuality?

commanding respect; being sure of identity; self- esteem issues; Imposter Syndrome and how to fix it

Day 7: Do the people who you hang out with make a difference in your life?

networking; communication; successful entrepreneurs; overachievers versus underachievers; focused versus unfocused; discipline; inspiration; idolism

Day 8: What do successful people do differently than the ones who fail even after immense persistence?

lifestyle; persistence; consistency; vision boards; reality bending; choices; winner mentality; not quitting; overcoming a victim mindset

Day 9: How can one know where their strengths lie?

self talk; introspection; acceptance; self growth; identifying comfort zones and limitations; avoiding small talk

Day 10: How to stop comparing your progress with others?

focus; happiness; gratitude; everyday progress; gradual evolution; self- motivation

The next 10 day are obviously going to be more challenging because they shall target core areas like handling emotions and drawing boundaries at places of work or relationships. We are also going to deconstruct ideas like power- relations, peer pressure and ideal work ethics.

I offer personal coaching, details of which may be enquired through mail: anjashi.work@gmail.com . To join the Project, mention your areas of concern, goals, past history of any failures or setbacks in ventures undertaken, etc.
